Sharpening Methods
Kitchen Knives
Sharpened on belt sanders by default. Stone sharpening is available upon request for an additional fee.
EDC/Pocket Knives
Done on stones and fixed-angle sharpeners. These knives receive a full cleaning and, for folding knives, pivot lubrication.
